Her journey across the night sky has long inspired dreamers, seekers, and those who find comfort beneath the moon’s gentle glow.
For the founder of Selene Essence™, the moon held a deeply personal meaning.
As a child, she found herself captivated by the night sky. She admired every phase of the moon, imagining it as a quiet companion watching over her through life’s joys and challenges. The moon became a symbol of wonder, comfort, and possibility—a reminder that even darkness could hold beauty.
As she grew older, life brought both blessings and burdens. She became a breadwinner, carried responsibilities beyond her years, and often faced life’s challenges with quiet strength. Deeply spiritual and grounded in faith, she turned to God during moments of uncertainty, trusting Him to guide her through every season.
Years later, motherhood became one of her greatest blessings. Yet with that blessing came sacrifice, loneliness, exhaustion, and the weight of countless responsibilities. There were moments when she felt lost beneath the expectations of life and disconnected from herself.
One evening, overwhelmed and weary, she stood by her window and looked toward the moon once more.
In the stillness of the night, she prayed.
She surrendered her fears, worries, and silent burdens into God’s hands. Tears flowed freely as she released the pain she had carried for far too long.

On November 11, 2024, Selene Essence™ was officially born—a heartfelt gift inspired by her beloved son, her angel, born on November 11, 2016, a date beautifully marked by the symbolic numbers 11:11.
Originally launched as Selene Scents™, the brand evolved just as the moon moves through its phases. As the founder’s vision expanded beyond fragrance into wellness, healing, and intentional living, the brand transformed into Selene Essence™—a name that reflects not only scent, but the very essence of peace, purpose, and inner light.
